How can I track my shipment?
We'll notify you via email with all shipping details, including a tracking number, as soon as your order ships.
Where are orders shipped from?
Our orders are fulfilled through a network of 130 strategically located printing studios spanning 32 countries. This network ensures efficient and rapid delivery while exempting you from incurring any customs or import taxes.
Received a damaged order?
For any items that arrive damaged, email hello@thepostersquare.com with pictures of both the item and packaging, alongside your order number. Specify whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund.
